Crossmark Policy

Crossmark is an initiative that provides a standardized way for readers to verify the current version of a piece of content. By implementing the Crossmark button, the Jurnal Jamu Indonesia is committed to upholding the integrity of its published content and keeping readers informed of any updates or corrections if and when they occur. Clicking on the Crossmark logo (located at the top of each article in the Jurnal Jamu Indonesia) will display the current status of the article and provide additional publication history information.
Articles in the Jurnal Jamu Indonesia featuring the Crossmark icon are limited to specific publication types, including original research and review articles. Additionally, Crossmark will apply to any articles that undergo significant revisions or major updates, such as:
Corrections to an Article
Corrections are issued to inform readers of errors identified after the article’s publication. These may include Erratum (publishing errors) and Corrigendum (author errors).
Retraction
Articles may be retracted for several reasons (https://publicationethics.org/node/19896), including but not limited to:
Clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either due to significant errors (e.g., miscalculations or experimental mistakes) or due to fabrication (e.g., falsified data) or manipulation (e.g., image alterations).
Instances of plagiarism.
Duplicate or overlapping publication.
Research found to be unethical.
In cases of retraction, the original article text will be withdrawn, and a notice will be placed online containing the citation details and an explanation. The retraction notice will link to the retracted article (which typically remains accessible on the site), and each page of the PDF will be clearly marked as retracted.
